For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.


How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use it to track your package through the carrier’s website.


2. Custom 3D Printing Services

Can I request a custom 3D printed part?
Yes. We offer custom manufacturing services.

What is the lead time for custom orders?
Lead times vary depending on design complexity and materials.
We will provide an estimated timeline with your quote.


Are custom orders returnable?
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not meet the agreed specifications.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item is defective or incorrect.
